Location: the hotel was not far from the onsen. A cool bonus was It's a Wrap, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

thank you for the special stay in winter time. the personnel is very amiable and attentive. whatever you need is this well-maintained and amazing room with a fabulous view and coffee maker plus bathroom. the place has exceptionally nice and charming location to the shops down the hill. nothing to complain about and would definitely return here.

This hotel has a cozy and wonderful location right next to the ryokan garden and the more elaborate onsen in the area.

We were delighted with our stay at the charming inn we chose in Hakone. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The innkeepers were incredibly kind and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The highlight for us was the variety of onsen options available, including a private onsen exclusively for guests of the inn. The food was a true culinary experience, although it leaned towards traditional Japanese cuisine. Despite the older rooms, we didn't experience any issues with allergies. I highly recommend this inn to anyone planning a visit to Hakone.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It feels like stepping into a different time with its traditional Japanese architecture and serene gardens. The room I stayed in was spacious and had all the amenities I needed including a cozy sitting area and a comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The hotel also has a relaxing hot spring bath and a beautiful open-air bath in a traditional Japanese garden. The location of this hotel is perfect, nestled down the hill from the main part of the hotel, allowing for a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Location was convenient, walking distance from the train station and shops. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating to my request for extra towels. The meals served were also delicious and beautifully presented.
The room was quite old and had a musty smell. The heating system was difficult to regulate which made it uncomfortable at night.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and had a beautiful garden. the traditional Japanese cuisine served during breakfast and dinner was a delightful experience. the in-suite onsen was an added bonus and provided a relaxing atmosphere.
It was a bit difficult to communicate with some of the staff due to language barriers. the hotel could benefit from an upgrade as the rooms felt slightly dated.

We loved staying at this traditional Japanese hotel. The hotel facilities were amazing, with beautiful gardens and a private onsen. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was very attentive. We also enjoyed the hotel's location in a cafe next door to everything happening, as well as its easy access to transportation.
Nothing to mention.
